​The Rural Roots Youth Initiative Four-Year Cohort provides students from 9th through 12th grade with consistent, year-round support designed to prepare them for higher education, career pathways, and leadership roles in their communities. Each year of the cohort builds upon the last, offering age-appropriate development in personal growth, academic preparation, and cultural exploration.

Throughout the four years, students participate in sessions, service-learning projects, college tours, and cultural enrichment activities. By graduation, participants are equipped with the skills, confidence, and vision to pursue their dreams and contribute to thriving, resilient communities.
