Use Your Knowledge to Educate, Encourage, and Inspire.

Pathways Beyond Borders welcomes qualified professionals, educators, business owners, community leaders, and subject-matter experts who are interested in facilitating meaningful learning experiences.

Proposed sessions should support at least one of our four program pillars:

Personal Development and Leadership

Sessions may focus on confidence, communication, decision-making, goal setting, emotional intelligence, leadership, personal responsibility, or related topics.

Career Exploration

Sessions may introduce participants to careers, industries, educational pathways, workplace expectations, entrepreneurship, professional skills, or employment opportunities.

Cultural Awareness

Sessions may help participants understand different cultures, traditions, experiences, communities, histories, and perspectives.

Community Engagement

Sessions may encourage service, civic participation, community problem-solving, collaboration, advocacy, or meaningful involvement in the places where participants live.

Facilitators may be asked to provide information about their experience, proposed topic, intended audience, session format, and references. Background checks may be required for individuals working directly with youth.

Submitting an interest form does not guarantee selection. Facilitators are reviewed based on program needs, qualifications, experience, content quality, and alignment with the mission and values of Pathways Beyond Borders.
